Fleet Tracking Portal: New DriverID Admin Portal
We’re excited to introduce DriverID Admin — a new tab of the Admin Page designed to give users greater visibility and control over DriverID management.
This new tab is available to customers with DriverID devices (e.g., fobs, RFID, etc.) linked to their account.
What is Launching?
Admin: DriverID displays all assigned DriverIDs, their associated drivers, and recent usage with the option to unassign or assign IDs in the Assigned tab. A dedicated Unassigned tab also makes it easy to view unassigned IDs, assign IDs.
Benefits
Improved Visibility and Tracking: Users can easily see all assigned DriverIDs, who they’re assigned to, and their recent usage, helping with better oversight and decision-making.
Efficient Resource Management: The ability to track usage over the last week ensures that underutilized DriverIDs can be identified and reassigned more effectively.
Simplified DriverID Reassignment: Quick unassign and assign options streamline the process, reducing time spent on administrative tasks.
