🚀 What’s Launching?
You can now create and manage Public Map Links to share a real-time view of a vehicle group on a simplified, read-only map—no login required. These links can optionally include Landmark Groups to highlight key locations such as job sites, yards, or other points of interest.
Each vehicle group can have one reusable public link, which external viewers can use to see the selected vehicles and landmarks at any time.
Where to Create and Manage Links
You can create and manage Public Map Links in two places:
From the Map page
From the Admin: Vehicle Groups tab
Requirements & Availability
This feature is available to Enterprise customers or customers with the Advanced Admin add-on.
You must have Admin permissions to the vehicle group in order to create or manage a public link.
