Note: The tablet or mobile device must have access to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the application. If you have already accessed the stores and installed the ELD Complete app, you may proceed to Step 3.
Confirm the tablet or mobile device is compatible with Google Play or App Store (IOS/Apple).
Confirming Google Play (Android) Compatibility:
In a browser tab, navigate to Google Play supported devices – Google Play Help.
From the list of Supported Android devices, search for the device details by the following:

If the device appears in the list, it is compatible with Google Play.
Confirming App Store (iOS) Compatibility:
In a browser tab, navigate to Official Apple Support.
Check the device model:
On the device, navigate to Settings > General > About.
Locate the device’s Model Name and Software Version.
Cross-reference the Model Name and Software Version against the list of supported devices provided on the Official Apple Support site.

Download the ELD Complete app from the Google Play or Apple Store (depending on your device’s compatibility).
