The BeMini device is failing to report, and a full charge has been confirmed. What should I do?

Press and hold the button on the front of the device for 10 seconds, then retest activity and review reporting.

How does the BeMini report location using GPS?

When the BeMini is within Wi-Fi range, it determines location by detecting the MAC addresses of nearby Wi-Fi access points to assist with positioning.

What is the Wi-Fi range for GPS accuracy?

For Wi-Fi reporting, 40 meters is typical with standard consumer-grade routers. In some cases, routers may detect the device at 80–120 meters, but this is uncommon.

At what voltage is the BeMini battery considered drained?

The battery is considered drained at 3.35 V.

What does the Battery Capacity value represent?

Battery Capacity indicates the remaining battery charge as a percentage (e.g., 61% means 61% charge remaining).

When should the device be revisited for recharge or replacement?

It is recommended to revisit the installation when battery life drops below 20%. The Low Internal Battery alert triggers at this same threshold.

How many report points are supported on a full charge?

The BeMini supports approximately 500 report points on a full charge.

How long does it take to fully recharge the device?

A full recharge from complete depletion takes approximately 3–4 hours.

What do the lights on the device indicate?

Charging: The light blinks when connected to a charger and remains solid when fully charged. The light turns off once unplugged.

Updating: The light briefly blinks during updates or when the button is pressed to indicate an update.

Is the BeMini IP rated?

Yes, the device is rated IP67 for dust and water resistance.
