🚀 What’s Launching?
We’re continuing to make improvements to our reporting platform that bring you more powerful analytics while keeping the Portal experience you already know and use every day.
The reports listed below will now be generated and delivered using enhanced data capabilities — with no changes to how you run or schedule them.
Updated Reports Included in this Launch:
Activity Detail Report (Driver-centric & Vehicle-centric)
Performance Report
Begin/End of Day Report (Driver-centric & Vehicle-centric)
Odometer History Report (Detail/Summary)
NEW – VIN Reported as Diagnostic Report
We’re also beginning the transition away from our legacy reports as improved new versions take their place. Legacy reports will be clearly marked with a deprecation countdown and a direct link to the updated version, so you always know what’s changing and when. Scheduled report emails will also reflect these updates.
Reports Transitioning to End of Life:
Activity Detail Report
Performance Report
Begin/End of Day Report
Fleet Utilization Report
Diagnostic Report
Driving Violations Detail
Driving Violation Summary
The current planned retirement date for these reports is July 3, 2026. We’ll keep you informed as that date approaches.
