Using the Reports Page

Use this article to learn about running, scheduling, and managing reports.

Updated this week

Reports give you a powerful way to manage and monitor daily fleet activity. Whether you’re tracking vehicle performance or driver behavior, you can run reports tailored to either — and customize them to fit your specific needs.

The Create Report tab is where it all comes together — run reports that surface the data most relevant to you and your organization.

Browse reports by selecting a Report Type from the available categories, or use the Search field to jump straight to the report you need.

Note: Driver and Hierarchy features are exclusive to Enterprise customers and customers with the Advanced Administration plan add-on. Reach out to your Account Manager if you’d like to learn more about upgrading or adding these features to your plan.

End of Life Reports

End-of-Life reports are housed in their own dedicated End of Life Reports section of the Create Reports tab. Each one is tagged with an orange “Legacy” label so they’re easy to spot. Deprecation warnings are displayed throughout the experience — on the report tile, in the Create Report panel, in the Scheduled Reports table, and in the Scheduled Reports dropdown. Each warning gives you a countdown to the deprecation date and a link to the recommended replacement report, keeping your transition on track.

Legacy Reports moving to End of Life:

  • Activity Detail Report

  • Performance Report

  • Begin/End of Day Report

  • Fleet Utilization Report

  • Driving Violation Summary

  • Diagnostic Report

  • Driving Violations Detail
