About the Driver•i Coaching Page

This article contains step-by-step instructions on using the Driver•i Coaching Page in the GPS Fleet Tracking Portal.

The Driver•i Coaching Page surfaces the Driver•i Coaching Sessions module, showing driver safety scores, alerts, and coaching information directly within the GPS Fleet Tracking Portal. Review safety events or take coaching action without switching between portals — everything you need is available inside your existing GPS Fleet Tracking workflows.

After navigating to the Driver•i Coaching Page, the Pending tab shows drivers linked to Netradyne (Driver•i platform) with Driver Name, Session ID, Session Created (sortable), Total Events, Most Frequent Events, and Why Recommended columns (filters available).

From the Pending tab, you can:

  • Click a driver to view score trends (last 6 weeks), alert recordings, high-level driving summary/statistics, frequent/repeated events, bookmarked events, session discussion, and session conclusion, with the ability to mark the session complete

  • Click Completed to view the Completed tab

  • Click Coaching Configurations to create or adjust recommended coaching session configurations

  • Use the Driver Name/Session ID drop-down and Search to locate a specific driver or session

Where Can I See Driver•i Data in the Portal

Discover where to find Driver•i data and how to start a coaching session for a driver.

Step 1 — Confirm You Have the Right Access

Before getting started, make sure you have:

  • An active Driver•i integration on your GPS Fleet Tracking account

  • User permissions to view drivers, alerts, and coaching data

If you’re unsure, contact your GPS Fleet Tracking administrator.

Step 2 — Open the GPS Fleet Tracking Portal

Log in to your GPS Fleet Tracking Portal as you normally would. No additional login or app switcher is needed to access Driver•i data.

Note: The first time you access the Driver•i Coaching Page, you’ll need to log in with your Driver•i username and password. After that, you won’t be prompted to log in again on future visits—since this is managed via a browser cookie, clearing your cookies will prompt you to log in with your Driver•i credentials again the next time you visit.

Step 3 — Find a Driver with a Safety Flag

Driver•i data is visible in the following areas of the portal:

  • Driver list — Review GreenZone scores and coaching flags alongside your driver roster

  • Driver/Vehicle panels — Open a driver or vehicle panel to see alerts and safety scores

  • Driver Admin areas — Access coaching and safety data from the admin section

Look for drivers tagged with “Needs Coaching” — this indicates drivers who have safety events or score thresholds that require follow-up.

Step 4 — Review Safety Alerts and GreenZone Score

Within a driver’s panel or record, you can view:

  • GreenZone score — The driver’s overall Driveri safety rating (Based on a rolling 30-day period)

  • Safety alerts — Events flagged by the Driveri system

  • Alert videos — Video footage associated with safety events

Review this information to understand the context before beginning a coaching session.

Step 5 — Start a Coaching Session

  1. Locate the “Needs Coaching” tag on a driver’s record.

  2. Click View coaching opportunities to open the coaching experience.

  3. The Driveri Coaching page will load within the Portal — review the available coaching prompts and complete the session.
