If your PNP-3000 Series device is not working, please use the following troubleshooting steps to reset the pinhole.

Insert a small, unfolded paperclip or similar object and push in until you feel or hear a click.

Plug the device back into the OBD II port or the bypass cable.

Wait a few minutes and follow the <a href="https://knowledge.gpsinsight.com/en/articles/9268811-what-to-do-before-calling-support">normal troubleshooting procedures</a>.

1. Find the device reset pinhole.

2. Insert a small, unfolded paperclip or similar object and push in until you feel or hear a click.

3. Plug the device back into the OBD II port or the bypass cable.
4. Wait a few minutes and follow the <a href="https://knowledge.gpsinsight.com/en/articles/9268811-what-to-do-before-calling-support">normal troubleshooting procedures</a>.
